I also had ordered the Etat Libre d'Orange Prestige Coffret, which is 10 ml minis of the first 16 fragrances in the line: Antihéros, Don't Get Me Wrong Baby I Don't Swallow, Jasmin et Cigarette, Putain des Palaces, Vraie Blonde, Éloge du Traître, Je Suis un Homme, Nombril Immense, Encens et Bubblegum, Divin'Enfant, Rien, Sécrétions Magnifique, Vierges et Toreros, Delicious Closet Queen, Charogne, and Rossy de Palma/Eau de Protection. I was thinking 10 ml should last me a long time for most of them. Some, I'm sure, I will never wear at all! It comes in this shoe box-looking thing.... I have to figure out how to store them.

I find that Lalique perfumes are often rather quirky and it takes a bit of trial and error to determine the optimum application amount. They are all very unique, but overapplication can result in a very unpleasant experience...
I have the ELdO coffret. My logic in acquiring it was precisely yours: these are mainly novelty scents which are wonderful to experience even multiple times (with a generous 10 ml), but not necessarily full-bottle worthy. The presentation is really nice and it's a great addition to any perfumista's collection, it seems to me. The box is sturdy, so you'll probably just want to keep the bottles in the coffret itself. I predict that you will like it! ;-)
Thanks about the Lalique... I've come down with the flu or something so that may have something to do with it, too... I'll give it another go in a week or so.
I was thinking of leaving the ELDOs in the coffret, but, then, where to store that big box? is my question. I can't wait for this bug to pass, so I can try some of these I haven't yet. I don't want to try anything just yet lest I develop some irreversible hatred of something.
